Sweet victory, failed expecations

So the Buffs have done it. They won there first Big 12 game. I personally didn't think they would win until they played Iowa State, sometimes its good to be wrong. This was Hansen's first game as a starter and as far as I can tell he did pretty good. I didn't catch much of the game because I was working. We scored a lot of points and from the plays that I did see Hansen looked like he made some good things happen. I was worried this week that Hawkins would spilt time with Hansen. I don;t think this was the case but it is hard to tell when the only new source is the Daily Camera. I am happy that the Buff are going in a positive direction. I have been playing a little COD 4 in order to gear up for COD4 2. This game is going to be great. In other news I finally saw Paranormal Activity. I hate to give it a poor review but I really expected more. The movie was did do a good job of creating tension and the ending was pretty cool but it left me feeling a bit cheated. Contributing largely to my mix feelings was a group of 10 teenagers that sat in front of me and my wife Kristin. They whispered the ENTIRE TIME even after I gave them a very loud SHUSH. I think that whispering during a movie could be my biggest pet peeve. It took every fiber of my being not to tell them all to SHUT THE FUCK UP. Oh, and they repeatedly checked there massive Blackberry's for new texts. All of this bs greatly effected the mood of the movie and made it very difficult for me to get into it. I think that if the mood is right a scary movie is much scarier. Anyway I would recommend this movie as long as you see it on a school night.

Peace
